One hundred new jobs are being created through a new 8 million pounds nursing home in Newtownards.
The new site at the former Ards football grounds will accommodate 80 residents.
It's being developed by the same Bangor-based firm - which last year opened a new dementia wing at Oakmont Lodge in Bangor West.
