£19 843 888 million worth of court fines and penalties haven't been paid across Northern Ireland.
£2 472 628 of fines are owed in the Antrim court division. Slightly less, £2 264 295, is owed in the County Londonderry court division.
The figures are from Justice Minister Claire Sugden.
