A 20-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Martin Gavin in north Belfast in January.
47 year old Mr Gavin, died in hospital four weeks after being stabbed at a house in Harcourt Drive.
Before Belfast magistrates court was Francie Henry, whose address was given as Hydebank Young Offenders Centre.
Bail was not applied for.
