Detectives investigating the death of 62-year-old Brian Coulter in the Sandy Braes area of Magherafelt on Monday have charged a 27-year-old man with murder.
He's expected to appear before magistrates in Derry/Londonderry on Monday.
The 62-year-old's body was discovered in a flat at Sandy Braes around lunchtime last Monday.
