A 73-year-old cyclist was found injured at the side of the road in Ballyronan on Saturday morning.
He may have been hit by a vehicle.
The man was discovered lying on the Shore Road close to the junction of the Oakleigh Road, at around 10:30am. He was treated in hospital for injuries which are consistent with having been struck by a vehicle. Police want to hear from anyone who was travelling on the Shore Road on Saturday morning.
The cyclist was wearing a white and black coloured top and cycling shorts. He had on a gun metal grey helmet, black and lime green gloves, silver rimmed glasses and white cycle shoes.
