Ballymena town centre's thoroughfares are expected to be re-surfaced once the Public Realm Scheme is finished.
Transport NI has confirmed it's planning to re-surface Church Street, Ballymoney Street and Wellington Street.
Councillor William McCaughey says the Public Realm work has damaged them:
