The Northern Ireland Office has been accused of avoiding meeting political parties here to discuss legacy issues.
Senior Ulster Unionist politician Doug Beattie has told Q Radio he's requested several meetings since the start of the year, which have yet to take place.
He's accused the government of making side deals with the DUP and Sinn Fein over things like Victims Pensions and a Statute of Limitations.
Mr Beattie suspects that's why a consultation on dealing with the past has yet to be published.
