Billy Caldwell released from hospital after his condition "vastly improved"

Billy Caldwell from Castlederg has been released from hospital in London after his condition "vastly improved".

The Home Office agreed to return his Cannabis Oil on Saturday.

His Mum, Charlotte says since then, Billy has not had a single seizure and other severely epileptic children now deserve the same medication.
