There's been a call for the immediate resumption of multi-party talks to restore power-sharing at Stormont.

It had been hoped to start new negotiations this week, but the Alliance Party says it's had no contact from the government.

MLA Kellie Armstrong says the two-party process of the past year has been an epic failure...
