A court case against North Antrim DUP Assemblyman Paul Frew has been dismissed.
A schoolgirl was suing the politician for allegedly breaching her privacy.
The teen, who cannot be named, alleged he linked her name to anti social behaviour in Broughshane.
She says the former chair of the Justice Committee did this in a Facebook post.
However, today a judge found Mr Frew was acting in good faith to tackle the problems in the area and that the girl herself chose to engage with posts on social media.
