Children throwing eggs and stones at Dungannon motorists

Children have been throwing eggs and stones at passing motorists in the Dungannon area.

Police say this has been happening around Newell Road, Ballygawley Road, Railway Road and Beech Valley.

And they say parents should be aware of where their children are at all times.

Young people are being warned that they could end up with a criminal record.

Meanwhile, X-Factor star Honey G was entertaining young people at the Teenage Disco in Cookstown.

Police say the anti-drink message is finally getting through to young people.

Spirits have been seized on multiple occasions from children arriving on buses to the discos.
