Damage has been caused to a Church of Ireland Hall on Main Street in Castlerock.
It happened between 6pm and 7pm on Wednesday evening.
Police say damage was caused to the door of an outbuilding at the back of the hall, and it's contents were taken.
It's understood the items were used to make bicycle ramps.
The PSNI is particularly keen to speak to three teenage boys who were spotted in the area on their bikes around this time.
Anyone who may have witnessed anything or those with information are urged to call the non-emergency 101 number.
