Coleraine police investigate social media comments after house fire

Coleraine police say they've been made aware of inappropriate social media comments.

It surrounds a Polish family who had to move from their home due to a fire. 

Police are reminding social media users that anything posted can be traced and may constitute a criminal offence.

The PSNI's Facebook comments are understood to refer to Sunday's early morning house fire on the Ballycastle Road.  

No one was injured.
