Greenvale Leisure Centre in Magherafelt is to be brought back under council control.
The centre has been managed by Pulse Fitness since September 2012.
It will revert back from 10th September this year.
Work will now begin to ensure a smooth transition for staff and customers.
The decision means that prices across all Mid Ulster facilities will be the same.
Mid-Ulster District Council is to undertake a review of the overall leisure provision in the area.
Pulse has been notified of the decision.
