One person has died in the past 24 hours after having tested positive for Covid-19.
A further 2,270 new cases have also been reported in the same period.
There are 467 people in hospital who have tested positive for Covid-19 and one of them is in ICU being ventilated.
Nine hospitals are operating over capacity today and the death toll since the pandemic began stands at 3,246.
There are outbreaks in 163 care homes.
