Newry's Damolly Retail Park, has been sold to local firm MJM Group.
The luxury cruise ship and fit-out firm spent more than £30 million on the sale.
It's being touted as one the biggest deals of the year.
It'll make MJM Group the owners of around 75% of the retail warehouse floor space in Newry.
