Education Minister Peter Weir will today tell pupils sitting GCSE, AS and A-Levels how they will be awarded their grades this year.
For the second year in a row, summer exams have been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Last year grades calculated by schools were used to award pupils their qualifications.
Meanwhile, admissions criteria for all post-primary schools is due to be published by the Education Authority later today.
