Five patients who previously tested positive for Covid-19 have died in Northern Ireland.
Another 3,458 positive cases of the virus have been notified by the Department of Health.
Meanwhile, the Republic has recorded a further 26,122 infections.
It is the highest daily total there since the start of the pandemic.
