The crash happened on the Glenshane Road last Wednesday morning.
There's a fresh appeal for information following a fatal collision near Dungiven.
64 year-old Loreto Douglas died in the crash on the Glenshane Road just after 9 last Wednesday morning.
She was driving a Volkswagon car, which collided with a Ford Transit van and a Citroen Dispatch van.
The victim was airlifted to hospital but she later passed away from her injuries.
Three men and a woman were also taken to hospital for treatment.
