Sean Conway from Ballycassidy, just outside Irvinestown in Fermanagh is currently half way through a mammoth challenge.
The challenge consists of 30 sprint triathlons; which one of them is a 750 metre swim, a 20km cycle and a 5km run.
Sean has also decided to do the challenge in aid of two local charities; Ellie's retreat and the Arc Healthy Living Centre in Irvinestown.
Ellie's retreat is in memory of Ellie Nicholl who died from a rare neurological condition known as Hypomyelination with atrophy of the basal ganglia and cerebellum syndrome; which meant she was unable to walk or speak.
The Arc Healthy Living Centre in Irvinestown is an award winning centre based around improving the the well being of local people by bringing together communities through health activities and services.
The centre has also been nationally recognised for its work and awarded the Social Enterprise Mark.
Yesterday Sean completed day 18 and he has been posting regularly on social media through his Triathlon coaching page 'Fear the Turtle Triathlon Coaching'
