The operators of a fun fair in Carrickfergus are being sued following an incident on a swing ride last month.
Six people including children were taken to hospital after the incident which the owners says was caused by teenagers misusing the equipment.
Phoenix Law say a number of clients intend to claim damages as a result of the malfunctioning Star Flyer ride.

Pheonix Law said:
"A spokesperson for Planet Fun has stated that misbehaving teens caused the ride to malfunction rather than any mechanical defect.
Our clients challenge this narrative.
It is our clients’ case that there was no such misbehaving which caused directly or indirectly the crash in question.
As such, we have today written to the Health and Safety Executive requesting an immediate investigation to determine the actual cause of the incident".
