A 25-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of a number of offences in connection with a stabbing incident in Belfast City Centre, has been released on conditional bail.
He had been detained on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. aggravated burglary with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and assaulting a police officer.
This relates to an incident at a flat in the Ulster Street area of the city in the early hours of yesterday morning, which resulted in a 38-year-old man sustaining stab wounds.
The investigation is ongoing.
