A man has been arrested in connection with an explosion at an army base in Holywood in 2015.
It's after a bomb went off underneath a Royal Mail van in August.
The subsequent blaze spread from the vehicle to two cars and three garages.
The 42 year old suspect has been taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite for questioning.
