A man has been assaulted by a group of masked men armed with baseball bats at a house in east Belfast.
Police say up to six men forced entry to the house in the Knock Grove area at around 6pm on Sunday evening.
The man sustained bruising to his head and body as a result and the men left the scene on foot following the attack.
The incident is being treated as a racially motivated hate crime.
Meanwhile, a woman and small child who also live in the house were unharmed but left badly shaken.
