Detectives investigating the murder of Padraig Fox in Newcastle have charged a man with Perverting the course of Justice and Burglary.
29-year-old Mr.Fox was found dead in a property on the Burrendale Park Road area on Saturday.
Police launched a murder investigation on Sunday following the results of a post-mortem examination.
A 20-year-old man has been charged with perverting the course of justice and burglary (non dwelling).
He’s due to appear at Downpatrick MC this morning.
Two other men have already appeared in court charged in connection with Mr.Fox's murder.
