A 46 year-old man has been charged with four counts of attempted murder following a number of stabbings in Saintfield over the weekend.
The suspect's also charged with possession of an offence weapon with intent to commit an indictable offence, theft, two counts of criminal damage and no driving licence.
He is due to appear before Newtownards Magistrates Court this morning.
