A man's due in court on a number of firearm offences this morning following an incident in Bangor on Sunday.
Police uncovered a large machete style knife from a car near Fort Terrace - after reports a man had tried to enter a house in the area.
Police also found a drunk woman in the car, but say they don't suspect she had involvement in any crime.
The suspect's been charged with possessing a firearm and is due before Newtownards Magistrates court.
