A man from Ards has been charged with the murder of Colin Horner outside a supermarket in Bangor.
The loyalist was shot and killed in front of his young son last month.
The 29-year-old man is due before Ards Magistrates Court tomorrow.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "A 29 year old man from Ards has been charged with the murder of Colin Horner in Bangor on Sunday, 28 May along with possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life."
