A man had to be rescued by emergency services after entering the River Foyle yesterday afternoon.
Foyle Search and Rescue were alerted to the incident by the PSNI shortly after 3pm.
He was treated for cold water shock as crews brought him to their Prehen base before he was taken to Altnagelvin Hospital.
The charity say it's the fifth incident in the space of three days that their emergency response team were called to.
