Causeway Coast and Glens Councillor Padraig McShane is considering legal action against his three month suspension from Council.
He was found yesterday to have committed four code of conduct breaches.
It's after being photographed beside the Irish Tricolour and the Palestinian flag at Council's headquarters in June 2015.
But Councillor McShane is understood to be planning to challenge the ruling at the High Court.
