There are mixed local signals on house prices.
On the North Coast, including Limavady, the average price rocketed from £151 000 to £161 000..
However in the Antrim - Ballymena area the average house price fell by four thousand pounds between April and June, to £130 000.
Meanwhile the number of property transactions was highest since the housing crash ten years ago.

The figures are from Ulster University’s latest Quarterly House Price Index report.
