Police have taken photographs of cars with valuables left on display at park and ride facilities.
They say some people are still not taking on board their advice.
Officers were able to capture these images while out on patrol.
They say in the run up to Christmas criminals will target car parks, places of worship and park and ride areas.
Motorists are reminded to hide their valuables, and lock and secure cars.
