The prospect of a brand new leisure centre in Ballymena has taken another step forward.
Councillors have now decided to economically assess plans for a new build "Well Being Centre" on a new site.
It would have a crowd-pulling twenty-five or a fifty metre pool.
And report further recommends that Council explores the most advantageous site within the wider Saint Patricks Barracks/Showgrounds complex.
