Last Monday marked the 42nd anniversary of the attacks

New inquests into the Birmingham Pub Bombings are to get underway later.

Legal representatives and the government are battling over legal funding for lawyers for eight of the twenty-one families.

Relatives of some of the victims have stepped back from a threat to boycott today's proceedings.
