Northern Ireland's first Enterprise Zone, which will be based in Coleraine, is a step closer.

Causeway Coast and Glens Mayor, Maura Hickey, has now signed the contract to get the ball rolling.

The Enterprise Zone will be based beside Ulster University's Coleraine campus.

And the company 5nines will be anchor tenant on the site.
