No further coronavirus related deaths have been recorded in Northern Ireland by the Department of Health in the past 48 hours.
The department's death toll therefore remains at 2,149.
However, 109 positive cases of the virus have been confirmed since Friday.
There were no official figures released to the public by the department on Saturday 15th May due to technical issues.
The department's dashboard which records covid-19 statistics in more detail including hospital and ICU admissions and the rate of infection in Northern Ireland for each council area, is not updated at the weekend.
Meanwhile, the latest information from the health body indicates that 1,548, 336 vaccines have been administered in Northern Ireland to date.
