Intrepid Northern Regional College staff will cycle all the way from Greater Belfast to the North Coast today!
It's raising funds for the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children's charity 'Helping Hand'.
Their cycling challenge started at NRCs Newtownabbey campus, stopping off in Ballymena, Magherafelt and Ballymoney.
And the five hour pedal will end at NRC in Coleraine.
Northern Regional College's Head of Science, Aaron Ballantyne, organised the charity event:
