A fire which caused thousands of pounds worth of damage at Strabane's new O'Neill's Sports Factory is being treated as "malicious".
Fire crews were called to the construction site on the Dublin Road last night.
An investigation is underway.
Appealing for information on the incident, the PSNI says the fire was started maliciously and that the blaze caused £3,000 worth of damage.
