Pensioner critical in hospital after crash between car and digger

A man in his 80's is in a critical condition in hospital following a two vehicle crash in Articlave.

It happened on the Quilly Road at around 10pm last night.

It's understand the collision involved a Citroen C3 car and a Manitou digger.

The road has now re-opened and enquiries into the crash are ongoing.

Anyone with information should contact police in Coleraine on 101 quoting reference number 2320 quoting reference number 2320 16/09/19.
