A pensioner has been rescued from an accidental house fire in the Moneymore area.
The man, aged in his 70's, was found by ambulance staff inside the two storey building.
It's understood a small accidental fire broke out in the living room of property in Rockview Terrace shortly before 11.30am.
Ambulance staff escorted the man outside where he was treated for smoke inhilation.
He was later taken to hospital for treatment.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire.
