Police are appealing for information following an attempted daylight robbery in Derry - Londonderry.
A man, dressed in a red hooded top, walked into premises on Academy Terrace at around 4pm on Tuesday 18th October.
He then pulled an item, wrapped in plastic, from a black holdall before pointing it at staff and demanding money.
None was handed over and the man made off from the scene empty handed.
The suspect was wearing a red full zip hooded top with white writing across the chest, dark coloured tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.
A PSNI spokesperson said:
"Detective Sergeant Brian Reid would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed this male in the vicinity or anyone who has information about the incident to contact detectives at Strand Road Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 843 of 18/10/16.
"Alternatively, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111."
