A police officer has escaped serious injury after being struck by a car in Bush near Dungannon.
The officer was struck on the legs by a silver Lexus that failed to stop.
The incident happened on the Tartlaghan Road at around 11.30pm last night.
Police were responding to reports of two vehicles being driven dangerously.
A second vehicle also fled the scene.
Police say the reckless actions of the driver could have had serious consequences.
They’re appealing for witnesses.
