The walkway off Meetinghouse Street in Strabane has been closed until further notice after part of the wall along the footpath collapsed.
Derry City and Strabane Council made the decision and announced it to the public on Friday afternoon.
They released images on twitter which clearly shows the riverbank along the River Mourne path has collapsed:

A spokesperson for the Council said:
"We would like to advise the public that, due to the collapse of part of the walkway wall at Meetinghouse Street in Strabane, the walkway is closed until further notice while further inspection and remedial works take place."
