Enda Kenny's visit is at the invitation of the city's Junior Chamber of Commerce.
It's on the heels of an all-Ireland forum on Britain's EU exit yesterday.
Following that summit Mr Kenny said free movement between the UK and Ireland will continue after Brexit.
