It happened in the Jobstown area of the city this afternoon.
Investigations are underway after a teenage boy died following a stabbing incident in the Tallaght area of Dublin.
It happened at Kilclare Crescent in Jobstown at around 3 o'clock this afternoon.
It's thought the victim is 17 years old.
The area has been sealed off for a technical examination by Gardaí and no arrests have been made.
