Q Radio has joined thousand of people by taking part in an overnight walk to raise awarness for suicide and self-harm.
The Darkness Into Light event was proudly supported by Electric Ireland.
This year the event took place across a number of venues in Northern Ireland, including Derry-Londonderry, Ballymena, Hannahstown, Strabane, and Ormeau Park.
Participants set off on a 5K walk at 4.15 am to symbolise the need to "wake-up" to the issues of suicide and self-harm.
