Two men and a woman are expected to appear before Dungannon Magistrates Court this morning.
It’s in connection with the stop and search of a car at Lambfield Drive on Monday evening in which a suspected gun was discovered.
The two men - aged 23 and 25 - and a 23 year old woman, are charged with concealing criminal property.
They’re also charged with possessing a class B controlled drug and possession with intent to supply.
The 23 year old man has also been charged with driving while disqualified and having no insurance.
The 25 year old man has also been charged with possessing fireworks without a licence.
He has since been released on police bail, pending further enquiries in connection with possessing a firearm and ammunition.
