It happened on the Dungannon Road close to Moy at around lunchtime on Sunday.

It's understood a woman travelling with them sustained serious injuries.
A man and a woman who were travelling in one of the other cars were also admitted to hospital with serious injuries.
Two people in the third car escaped unharmed.
Detectives want to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash, or has mobile phone or dash-cam footage from the scene, to come forward.
