Glenavon can cut Coleraine's lead at the top of the Danske Bank Premiership to five points on Tuesday night with a win against Glentoran.

The second-placed Lurgan Blues play their game in hand at the Oval at 7.45pm.

Here's top scorer Andrew Mitchell.

Midfielder Sammy Clingan has had a new lease of life with the Lurgan club after his summer move from Linfield.

And the 39-times capped former Northern Ireland midfielder is relishing the battle in east Belfast.

The sides had a thrilling 2-2 draw at Mourneview earlier in the season with ex-Glenavon striker Robbie McDaid hitting a double for the visitors.

The Glens hope the 21-year-old Omagh man will be able to play in the reverse fixture, even though he sustained a suspected fractured cheekbone in last week's draw with Ballymena.

Gary Haveron's men are sitting in sixth place and the manager says his young side has great potential.
