Northern Ireland captain Steven Davis has left the squad for personal reasons.
He's one of five players ruled out of Wednesday's Nations League clash with Romania in Belfast.
Meanwhile, manager Ian Baraclough doesn't expect his senior players to retire from international duty.
Davis is 36 in January, while defender Jonny Evans turns 33 next year.
